Do you offer international shipping?

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The delivery takes place exclusively with PostNL.

When does my order arrive?

If you ordered via Mutsy, expected delivery time is 3 to 5 days. If you did not order via our webshop, please contact the retailer. For all orders above €49 we offer free shipping. We charge €10 shipping costs for all orders below €49.

Where can I buy (spare) parts?

It is possible to purchase parts for your Mutsy stroller. This can be done via our exclusive dealer www.dinkeywinkey.nl
Parts are not for sale in the Mutsy World webshop. For parts that are covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service: support@mutsyworld.com

Is it possible to purchase parts for models that are not on the website?

It is not possible to purchase parts for models that are not shown on our website. Models such as i2, iGo, Traveler, 4Rider and others are no longer in production and can therefore no longer be reordered.

Are your products sustainable/ethically made?

With every Mutsy stroller purchased, a tree is planted in the heart of Brazil. Just like with everything we do; innovation and rejuvenation are pillars of our brand. Join us in building the Mutsy Forest.

Do refunds apply to discounted items?

Yes, refunds also apply to items bought with a discount.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the expected delivery date. After your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking details via email. It may take up to 24 hours for the details to be available. If your tracking number does not work, please contact our customer service via support@mutsyworld.com

How do I get a refund?

To request a refund, first ensure your purchase meets our refund policy criteria, typically within the last 30 days. Have your order details ready, and submit your refund request via our 'Contact Us' or 'Support' section on our website, or email our customer support directly. We'll review your request, which usually takes 3-5 business days, and if approved, process your refund to your original payment method.
