To request a refund, first ensure your purchase meets our refund policy criteria, typically within the last 30 days. Have your order details ready, and submit your refund request via our 'Contact Us' or 'Support' section on our website, or email our customer support directly. We'll review your request, which usually takes 3-5 business days, and if approved, process your refund to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For any questions or additional assistance, please contact our customer support team.

If you ordered via Mutsy, expected delivery time is 3 to 5 days. If you did not order via our webshop, please contact the retailer. For all orders above €49 we offer free shipping. We charge €10 shipping costs for all orders below €49.

Yes, refunds also apply to items bought with a discount.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the expected delivery date. After your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking details via email. Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in the Netherlands. The delivery takes place exclusively with PostNL.
